Box 5010 Snowmass Village, CO 81615 Sent via email to rcoxon@tosv.com, bpeckler@tosv.com Date: May, 13, 2018 Re: Objection to Aspen Camp of Deaf and Hard Hearing Special Event Permit to serve malt, vinous and spirituous liquor. From: Hayden Lodge Condominium Association, Inc. Capitol Peak Lodge Condominium Association, Inc. The purpose of this document is to object to Aspen Camp of Deaf and Hard Hearing Special Event Permit to serve malt, vinous and spirituous liquor. Hayden and Capitol Peak buildings provide major ingress, egress, public restrooms and other facilities for patrons of the events. Two specific examples include: 100% of the Base Village parking garage public patrons needing an elevator will use the Village Public Elevator located inside Capitol Peak B building and 100% of the subterranean Base Village parking garage public patrons needing stairs will use stairwells located inside Capitol Peak A & B buildings; the stairwells allow unsecured access to all public and private stairwell levels of the buildings. If Hayden Lodge Condominium Association, Inc. and Capitol Peak Lodge Condominium Association, Inc. are each named by event organizers as additionally insured on the event’s insurance with copies of documents confirming the insurance to each President, then the objection is removed.
