Site Improvements & Construction Plan Please describe your construction plans, including load in and strike dates and times. We are applying for a non-profit liquor license and will have two guards making sure liquor stays in the paddock. We will be checking ID's and issuing wrist bands for folks over 21. We will use one or two tips certified bartenders to dispense free wine and beer. When developing your evacuation plan consider the following: • Conditions under which an evacuation would be necessary. • Conditions under which it may be better to shelter -in-place. • A clear chain of command and designation of the person in your business authorized to order an evacuation or shutdown. • Specific evacuation procedures, including routes and exits. • Procedures for assisting visitors and employees to evacuate, particularly those with disabilities or who do not speak English. • Designation of what, if any, employees will remain after the evacuation alarm to shut down critical operations or perform other duties before evacuating. Security and Safety Site Plan In addition to your Security Plan narrative, please identify the following components of your plan on a venue map and upload it below: • Show security check points and stations • Identify placement of traffic control and security personnel • Locate first aid facilities, ambulance staging, 24' wide emergency/fire lanes and attendee access aisles. • Identify evacuation routes or shelter locations • Locate all temporary directional signage and portable night lighting. Snowmassmte(ci,RMVR.com Transportation Plan Safe Arrival and Departure of event attendees, participants, volunteers, vendors and staff in a timely manner are very important in your permit review. Your plan should encourage the use of alternate transportation and include methods for mitigating traffic congestion. Please provide a written description of your parking & transportation plan, including the information listed below: • Will mass transportation be required to move your attendees from parking areas to your event? If so, please describe your transportation plans and if your event will require the use of the Village Shuttle. • Will your event also provide for lodge vans, limos and taxis as needed? • If egress takes place at night, please describe a lighting plan to provide adequate safety lighting. • Please provide event routes, schedules, and transportation calculations, (i.e. Egress Route #1- Event to Parking Lot) Total bus capacity x Round trips/hour = Passengers/hour x Length of egress = Total passengers/route). • Please list any transportation companies contracted with and your point of contact. Please also upload a copy of the contract. Parking Plan Adequate and Convenient Parking must be included in your event plans. To plan for adequate parking space, the Town suggests a parking ratio calculation of 2.6 people/car. • What parking lots will be utilized to support your event? • Will there be parking attendants? If so, please describe the numbers and locations. • Will parking spaces be required for vendors, booths trailers, storage and/or staging? If so, how many spaces each day? • Will the parking be free or paid? If the event will be utilizing paid parking, please provide a fee schedule. Traffic Control Plan Please help us understand the traffic control elements of your event, and how we can help you move traffic to and from the event as efficiently as possible. • Will there be need for traffic control and flagging on local roads or road and/or traffic lane closure requests? • If so, a traffic control plan prepared by a certified traffic control firm will be required and uploaded here. • A certified Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) must be on site at all times flagging operations are taking place. All flaggers working shall be certified.
