NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theTown Council of the TownofSnowmassVillage, Colorado: SectionOne: Findings 1. The information contained in the Special Review Use request is consistentwith the requirements contained in Section 9.015 ofthe LandUse Code ofthe Town of SnowmassVillage; and 2. Theproposeduseisconsistentwiththeobjectivesand purposeofthe OS) OpenSpacezonedistrict; and 3. Theproposeduseisdesignedtobecompatiblewiththe surroundinglanduses; and 4. Thereisadequateaccesstothesite; and 5. Theimprovement isnecessarytomaintainefficientand qualitywaterservicewithinSnowmassVillage. SectionTwo: Action TheSpecialReviewUserequestoftheDistricttoconstruct a100,000gallonundergrourwaterstoragetankand T.C. Res. 17, 1989 PageTwo connectingfacilitiesatalocationillustratedinExhibitA is hereby approved subject to the conditions contained in SectionThree. SectionThree: Conditions 1. TheplanattachedheretoasExhibitBandmadeapart hereof by this reference, shall be adhered toby the Snowmass Water and Sanitation District and its contractors. 2. RevegetationshallbecompletedbyJune1, 1990. 3. TheDistrictshallundertakearegularwateringprogram toinsurethegrowthofthenewplantmaterial. 4. TheTownPlanningDepartment shallbe involvedinon- site monitoring of any vegetation removal to insure minimaldisturbance. 5. TheDistrictshallestablishaletterofcreditinthe amountof7,500tosecurerevegetationoftheareain amannerconsistentwiththeplaninExhibitCpriorto issuanceofanybuildingorexcavationpermitsforthe project.The amount of the revegetation shall be determined by the District and approved by the Town Planner. 6.Constructionmayoccuronlybetween7:00A.M. and7:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday.Any construction or machinery which generate excessive noise shall be prohibited until 8:00 A.M. Any alteration of these hoursshallbeapprovedbytheTownCouncil. 7. TheDistri: tshallcolaslywiththeTownTransportation Director's instructions on staging maerials at the InterceptParni.ngLot. 8. The District's engineer shouldbe responsible forall pipeline,. excavation, concrete and structural work. Theengineershallsubmitall informationrequestedby the Building Department.All other aspects of the project should, if required, be approved by the Town BuildingDepartment. 9. The District or its contractorshall construct runoff control facilities on the construction site in accordance with the recommendations of the Town Engineer. 10. The District or its contractor shall notify the BuildingDepartmentatleastonedaybeforeany T.C. Res. 17, 1989 PageThree concrete pour or anticipated heavy construction traffic. TheDistrictoritscontractorshallprovide traffic control and signage on Sinclair Road during periodsofheavyconstructiontraffic. 11. Ifthe Districtcloses aportion ofSinclairRoadfor construction purposes, it shall insure that adequate accessismaintainedtothesurroundingneighborhood.
