WHEREAS, HolyCross• ! • ! the utilizationof • Crossrrr contract with CORE, issue the request for proposal with the condition that if the Town chooses not to implement any of the proposed energy conservation and/or renewable energy solutions submitted through the RFP process, the Town would replenish the Holy Cross Enhancement •: at 50%of cost -or $4,500. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado that the Community Enhancement Fund Res. 16-13 Page 2 of 2 be used for trail signage, ice skating rink, and a energy conservation and renewable energy project in the following amounts Facilities Cost Trail Signage $40,000 Ice Skating Rink $40,000 CORE contract for renewable project RFP $9,000 INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED, by the Town Council of the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado on the 18th day of March, 2013 with a motion made by Council Member Boineau and seconded by Council Member Kucker. The motion was approved by a vote of 3 in favor to 0 opposed. Council Haber and Council Member Jacobson were absent.
