Town Council Resolution 79 1983TOWN OF SNOWMASS VILLAGE TOWN COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 79 SERIES OF 1983 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PENALTY ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 11, SERIES OF 1982, AND AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 85, SERIES OF 1983. WHEREAS, Municipal Judge William Lippman desires to make changes to the Penalty Assessment Schedule adopted by Resolution No. 11, Series of 1982, and amended by Resolution 85, Series of 1982; and WHEREAS, the Town Council deems these changes appropriate as recommended by Municipal Judge Lippman. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado: Section One. That the Penalty Assessment Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference is hereby approved by this Resolution.
